Ireland captain Fiona Coghlan takes us through her side's progress in the 6 Nations to date. After three rounds Ireland have one win and have lost out to France and England. This week the regular number 8 tells us about the experience of playing in the centre for her country for the first time and the aftermath of lining up opposite her flatmate Lucy Millard in last week's game against Scotland. Back on Valentine’s Day in1993 when the first Ireland women’s side took to the international circuit when they took on Scotland in Edinburgh, few would have predicted how strong the national team would become in just a century of games.

Lucy Millard, a two try hero for Scotland in their win over France, reflects on the first two women's rugby 6 Nations game. Millard helped Scotland to a 10-8 win over France, their first since 2003. Scotland lost their second game against Wales but she says her team are on the right track with four tries in two games.
