John Birch's site focuses not just on regularly updates news from the Letchworth girls teams but also offers great analysis on the UK and global women's games. A must-read.

Styled as a‘virtual clubhouse’ this gives you several ways to interact with other members, who include such famous names as Will Carling and Austin Healey. ScrumQueens has its own blog identity on this site which will regularly debate women's issues. A great social rugby network.

This is a link to the forum on the FIRA-AER Rugby website which focuses on women's rugby. Lots of debate about the international game.

This independent website is dedicated to fans of Welsh rugby and while it debates the serious issues, it also takes a humours sideways look at the sport.

Provides regular news and analysis on the game in South Africa. They have recently added video to the site too.

The place to be if your interest is in the 7s game. They cover everything to do with the 7s game, with video footage, a world calendar and active forums.

This UK based blog debates the vital issues in rugby and regularly runs interviews with top stars of the game. It is a partner site for a similar cricket and football blog.

Even though Ali is a massive Munster fan, the quality of this Ulster fans site means this one gets the nod. This is a great interactive site and gets double points for its women’s ruby links – they sponsor, and provide international standard coaching to, UW Milwaukee Lady Panthers.

As the title suggests this site focuses solely on matters in Australia but with their men’s and women’s teams such a force, we don’t mind that. Theres lots here including video, polls and a humorous look at the game down under.

One of the few regularly updated women's sites around, especially from the Asian region, this is the home of Singapore women's rugby and offers a great insight to the game there.
