9.16am: We're heading to the grounds soon. To get yourselves up to speed have a look at the teams named so far HERE. Interesting that New Zealand have left out Casey Roberston, the number 8 who was so good in their first game.
11.23. Sorry for the delay in posting, took us a while to get here today! The weather is looking average here at Surrey - but it's dry which is a start! We've seen Sky Sports filming some interviews with the Scotland girls before their match against France but first up is Wales V South Africa. I've tipped Wales to edge this match but it's a tough one to call.
11.36. Buzz building now ahead of game one. Just heard from some of the Ticketmaster reps here that tickets for the World Cup final are selling really well. Good news.
11.52: Teams on their way out now. Will update with key scores as they come.
12.05: Early penalty attempt for Wales after a good start, Evans puts it wide in a strong wind. Early days but Wales look strong and their front row have impressed already on the ball.
12.20: Wales are well on top but have yet to score. Strangely opted for a scrum in front of the pists with three points at their mercy and did the same minutes later going for a lineout instead of a shot. It is windy but you'd have expected Evans to have slotted at least one.
12.30: TRY South Africa and you can't say they don't deserve it. Wales turned down two kicks and then failed to clear their 22 when they had retained possession. Number 8 Namhla Siyolo crashes over after a quickly taken penalty. 5-0
12.41. South Africa have scored again! Catrina Nicholas was binned for preventing a quick penalty and SA scored as soon as she was off out wide through Charmaine Kayser. 10-0. Wales once again found themselves in trouble after failing to clear their lines. Half time: South Africa lead 10-0.
13.34: Much like the first half Wales have started well but had their time in the South Africa 22 with no points return. Joyce Henry has made a few harsh calls. South Africa are consistently killing the ball at the breakdown and have finally had Siyolo binned but it could be more. 20 minutes left. Wales have to score soon.
13.30: South Africa score again: Zandile Nojoko with a great try. 15-0. Game over you have to think now. Well that's my first prediction of the day incorrect! Wales hit back with a penalty from Non Evans. 15-3
13.40. Wales try under the posts. Elen Evans and Non Evans converts! 15-10
RESULT: South Africa 15 Wales 10
14.10: France are up 5-0 V Scotland with an early try from fullback Elodie Poublan. Just spoke to the Wales coach who said he is bitterly disappointed with this team's execution - he felt they had enough possession to win it and enough experience to be able to finish. Our report for the first game is HERE
14.34: It's still 10-0 to France but over on pitch two Canada are well on top against Sweden and are 21-0 up.
Halftime: France 17 Scotland 0. On pitch two it's Canada 21 Sweden 3.
14.55: Brilliant pace from centre Lucy Millard who has scored for Scotland - 17-7 now. Great start to second half. Canada are leading 26-10 at the moment.
15.13: Scotland are doing really well in defence here and are holding France out, still 17-7 and a score for the Scots could make this interesting. Its 33-10 to Canada at the moment.
15.23: Time is running out for Scotland who have really dominated the second half. Over on pitch two while Canada are winning, Andersson-Hall has been superb at flyhalf again. Another great player today has been Millard for Scotland, great feet and pace. On another note even in France win this, no bonus point puts Canada clear at the top of pool two and theyll be very confident ahead of the last game.
RESULT: France 17 Scotand 7
16.02: You can watch Australia V NZ on the IRB website now. I'm off to the Ireland V USA game. Read our reports from the wins for France and Canada HERE
16.25: Amazing atmosphere at the USA V Ireland game where the fans are singing as loud as they can. Well done fans! It's kicked off between New Zealand and Australia - no score yet.
16.36: Ireland try from Joy Neville after a super start - good lineout and maul and Neville rolled off the back to pick and score. 5-0. On pitch one NEw Zealand have taken a 5-0 lead.
16.50: USA have taken the lead. Try from Jamie Burke and the convert makes it 7-5. Ireland are under severe pressure at the scrum. NZ are now leading Australia 22-0.
17.00: Ireland's Niamh Briggs just made an amazing 50 metre break after tapping quickly. Ireland are well in it, but their scrums are so poor they can't be sure of getting the ball back. Meanwhile it's 22-0 to NZ close to half time. Farrah Douglas sinbinned for USA - can Ireland take advantage?
17.09: TRY IRELAND! Briggs, who has been just oustanding scored it after Ireland's good lineout swung it wide and Gillian Bourke took it up. 10-7 now.
Half time here: Ireland lead 10-7, super game. USA have the dominance up front but in open play Ireland look really threatening. Could go either way. New Zealand match has just kicked off second half, they lead 22-0.
17.22: NZ now lead Australia 27-0. I hate to say it but I did predict that this would be a straight forward win for the Black Ferns
17.28: TRY IRELAND! Hooker Gillian Bourke I think got it down. Ireland are being very smart so far in this half using the strong wind to set up good lineout ball. It was off a good drive Neville scored. 15-7 now.
17.37: IRELAND TRY! This time Tania Rosser sneaks over after tapping a quick penalty. Bonus point try that for Ireland. the IRB have given the third try to Joy Neville not Bourke. Well done Ireland though this game feels a lot closer than the scoreline. Briggs converts - its now 22-7
17.45: The fans here are so brilliant, they have never stopped singing. The USA are running everything now to try and get back in this game. There is still at least 20 minutes. You could see them scoring again, they are full of spirit. New Zealand are still leading 32-5 by the way. Bonus point again for them.
17.51: Credit to the USA, they are throwing everything at Ireland. Phaidra Knight has made a big impact after coming on but Ireland kick clear again through Briggs.
RESULT New Zealand 32 Australia 5.
18.00. TRY USA! Vanessa McGee was too quick for Stapleton who was covering so it's now 22-12.
18.04: This is winding down now. USA have been really brave but Ireland's astute tactics in the second half have paid off and they took their chances really well.
RESULT: Ireland 22 USA 12
18.39: England have taken an early lead against Kazakhstan with a try from Fiona Pocock. Spoke to the Ireland coach afterwards who was delighted not just to get a win, but a bonus point win and deny the USA anything from the game. You can read my report HERE
18.58: England are 26-0 up. Tries so far for Barras, Pocock and Beale. Bonus point secured already.
Halftime and England are 42-0 ahead. Ouch.
19.30: England lead 49-0 now. Kazakhstan are battling but out of their depth here. Also oddly the majority of the Kazakh team are wearing scrumcaps, you don't often see that.
19.41: An hour in and it's 56-0. The best score came after Amy Turner flicked a lovely offload to Pocock who has a brace now.
19.49: England look like they are really enjoying this, Turner is great running with the ball and Mason is doing well at 10.
20.08: Fiona Pocock named player of the match after her hatrick. About 5 mins left and England lead 77-0.
RESULT: England 82 Kazakhatan 0. See HERE for the report
